Refund Policy
Refunds are handled clearly and fairly once eligible returned items have been received and checked.
Refund eligibility
Refunds may be issued for eligible items returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the items meet our Returns Policy requirements.
Items must be unworn, unused, clean, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging where applicable.
How refunds are processed
After we receive a returned item, it will be inspected. If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Depending on the payment provider or bank, it may take several working days for the refund to appear on the customer account after it has been issued.
Shipping costs
Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, or where we are required to refund shipping by applicable law.
Return shipping costs are normally the customer’s responsibility unless we confirm otherwise.
Partial refunds
Partial refunds may apply where an item is returned with missing packaging, signs of handling beyond what is reasonable, or other issues that reduce the item’s resale condition.
